Fuel-Smart Performance

What makes this front axle system one of the best-performing and fuel-efficient axles on the road today? Try these:

  • Enhanced Turning – A wheel-cut up to 55-degrees means enhanced turning capacity and greater maneuverability around the loading dock.
  • Lighter Weight – Significantly lighter than other brands — up to 69 lbs less — you get better fuel economy and maximum payload.

Lasting Reliability

Choose a smart truck axle design that reduces maintenance costs and downtime, and delivers better steering performance.

Our redesigned front axle uses needle bearings, which last the full life of the axle, reduce tire wear, and lessen knuckle deflection, all without ever having to be greased.

Versatility and Compatibility

Our front axles are the only in their class available in combination with rack and pinion steering, and with air disc brakes. You get easier steering and efficient braking system with a single front axle.

Needle Bearings vs. Bushings

Our innovative front axle design uses needle bearings instead of bushings. The metal needle bearings last the full service life of the axle. They reduce tire wear and tighten tolerances for less deflection of the knuckle. The result is consistent steering feel and performance.

The needle bearings last longer than bushings, which means less downtime and lower costs throughout the entire lifecycle.

Warranty

Two years, unlimited for medium duty applications; and up to 5 years or 750,000 miles for heavy-duty applications. Check with your dealer for information.
